IS LEIGHDEUX’S COLLECTION EXCLUSIVE?

Yes! LeighDeux is sold exclusively online and through trunk shows hosted in select markets.

WHERE ARE LEIGHDEUX PRODUCTS MADE?

We design our own textiles and soft goods. We manufacture all of our bedding in the Carolinas. Our artisans craft our products in America, primarily in the southeast. All LeighDeux fabrics are original designs and are the intellectual property of LeighDeux, LLC.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders ship within 7-14 days.

WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer PayPal.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?

If you provide your email address when you order, we will send you an immediate message confirming your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at [email protected]. We do our best to accommodate canceled orders, however, if an order has already shipped, additional fees may apply.

IS LEIGHDEUX A SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS COMPANY?

Yes! We are absolutely mission-driven. A percentage of proceeds goes to fund scholarships for deserving students. We awarded our first round of scholarships in the spring of 2015. We have partnered with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for our scholarship program.

DOES LEIGHDEUX OFFER RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS?

We are so sorry, but all clearance items are final sale.

CAN I WASH MY DUVET?

Yes, our duvets are machine washable. We recommend you wash in cold water and tumble dry on a low setting.

CAN I CLEAN THE DECORATIVE PILLOWS?

All of our pillows, as well as the pillow headboard, are made of slipcovers with separate inserts. Simply unzip the slipcover for easy cleaning.

HOW DO I HANG MY CURTAIN CALL BED SKIRT?

The curtain call bed skirt mounts easily on 78” - 108" spring tension rod sold at most hardware stores. Tension rods are sold separately.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER DIRECTLY TO MY DORM ROOM?

Yes, your order can be shipped directly to your dorm or apartment's valid shipping address. Please be certain your dorm or apartment complex will allow a shipment to be sent directly to you. LeighDeux is not responsible for delivery to dorm rooms or pick-up from mail rooms. In many cases, schools allow you to ship items prior to move-in to be held until you arrive. Please check your shipping policies carefully.

LeighDeux does not currently sell our product line wholesale. We strive to keep our price points low and affordable while producing the highest quality product made in America.

Of course. LeighDeux allows you to add a special note to the recipient at no extra charge. As soon as you place your order, contact us by email at [email protected]. Please state what content you want on your special note and the order number.
